Climate systems we service
Chilled-water plants
Central plants that cool the whole vessel through chillers, circulation pumps, and air handlers in each zone. We service the full loop, from the chiller barrels to the furthest cabin.
Self-contained units
Individual direct-expansion units serving single cabins and spaces. We diagnose, repair, and replace them without disturbing the rest of the vessel.
Air handlers and ducting
Fans, coils, condensate drains, and the ducting that carries conditioned air through the boat. Weak airflow and cabin noise usually start here, and both are fixable.
Seawater cooling loops and pumps
The raw-water side keeps every compressor alive: pumps, strainers, and through-hull plumbing. We maintain flow, clear restrictions, and replace pumps before they choose their own moment.
Controls and thermostats
Thermostats, control boards, and sensors that decide when the system runs. When a system short-cycles or will not hold setpoint, the fault is often here, and we trace it with data.
Refits and upgrades
Aging plants replaced, capacity added, and controls modernized without redesigning the vessel. We plan around the boat you have and the seasons you actually run.
- Diagnosis starts with measured data: superheat, subcooling, water flow, and running amperage, recorded before anything is opened.
- Refrigerant recovery and charging are performed under EPA Section 608 certification, with weights logged.
- Every visit closes with a written service record of readings, work performed, and parts fitted, ready for the vessel’s maintenance log.

- Yes. We assess the existing plant, the vessel’s real cooling load, and the owner’s plans before recommending anything. Refits are staged around the boat’s schedule so she stays usable.
